Commodities Strategist Associate
Join our Commodities Strategy team, part of Macquarie's Macro Strategy group.

We have an opportunity for a Strategist to provide fundamental analysis of commodities markets, focusing principally on ferrous metals and bulk commodities.

You will be providing medium to long term supply-demand modelling as well as short term fundamental and tactical market analysis. Developing forecasts and generating written reports you will also be presenting your analysis internally (to sales and trading teams) and externally, to our clients and at industry conferences.

You will have a passion for commodities markets and relevant experience which could have been gained from a range of analytical roles (e.g., financial institution, consultancy, mining company, commodities trade house). We are open minded and encourage applications from diverse backgrounds.

You will need advanced Excel skills and strong written English. Knowledge of Bloomberg and other industry data packages would also be an advantage.

If you would like to join a market leading commodities trading business, please apply now.
