Large international bank seeks experienced individual to lead London based Client Support team within Transaction Banking space. Great opportunity for individual looking for a leadership role involving within a growing area of banking.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading team and providing development and coaching to the team
  • Acting as escalation point for resolving Client Service issues and challenges
  • Internal/external communication with regional/global stakeholders including sales teams and large corporate clients
  • Managing client risk and issues through dedicated Client Service
  • Managing key client relationships to deliver against client promises
  • Recognising areas that require service improvement and introducing measures to enhance client experience


Key requirements include:

  • Good knowledge of Payments and Cash Management, Transaction Banking product set
  • Experience working in relevant markets e.g. Corporate/Commercial Banking
  • Experience working with large corporate clients
  • Dedicated team management experience
  • Ability to confidently and professionally interact with clients


The successful incumbent will have experience of managing a team, ideally within a client support environment. Ideally, the incumbent will also possess product client support experience.
