I'm working with one of the fastest growing equity hedge funds on the market to add 2 headcount to their Client Services/Investor Relations team. These roles are very unique as they offer operations candidates with a desire to be more client facing the scope to make that shift in a friendly and relaxed company who believe in development and training.
The 2 roles are due to organic growth and indicate a desire to scale the business up for more growth. You will be supporting the business with client and performance reporting on a weekly and monthly basis, onboarding new clients and also managing the client relationship day to day. There will be a real technical element to the role, answering complex operational queries and carrying out data analysis.
To be considered for these roles you must equity product knowledge and you must have a 2.1 or 1st degree from a reputable university. You must have operations experience and very strong communication skills both written and verbal. One role is mid-level - around 5 years' experience and one is more junior; between 1- and 3-years' experience.
