Client Services Analyst, Global Private Equity Fund, London

Do you have strong communication skills and an ability to build lasting relationships? If so, you may be the perfect candidate for this leading global funds investor. As a Client Services Analyst, you’ll be responsible for looking after some of this fund’s institutional investors

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual to leverage their client management skills within a leading international fund of funds. You’ll take responsibility for a number of client services mandates and become a key contact for the fund’s institutional investors. The team is very hands on in their approach and you’ll be expected to step outside of your comfort zone. This role would suit someone who enjoys a challenge and thrives in a fast paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acting as the first point of contract for institutional investors – answering queries in a timely manner
  • Coordination and production of presentations, reports and due diligence materials
  • Analysing and interpreting fund performance data
  • Assisting with the closing process for new and existing investors


YOUR PROFILE:

  • Experience in a financial services focused firm
  • Faultless English speaking and writing skills
  • Knowledge of private equity or asset management – experience within a private equity fund or asset manager is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills – able to build rapport with senior professionals internally and externally
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
