Role 1 – Client Service Manager – Not a line management role but you will be expected to deputise for the head of the team, should there be a need. You will be expected to have 6 – 8 years’ relevant institutional client facing experience. There is a need to have specialism in equities with a preference for those who have covered UCITS as well, but that is flexible.
Role 2 – Client Service Analyst – Relatively junior hire – anywhere between 3 – 4 years’ experience within financial services. There is flexibility in this vacancy for candidates to have an alternative background to client services, i.e client reporting, operations etc, but you must be able to face off to clients, and therefore, have clear communication skills and confidence to deal with pressured situations.
Role 3 – Client Services/Performance Analyst – This hire is similar to Role 2, however, as this team work closely with the performance team, this particular hire will be the ‘bridge’ between the two functions. For this position, we are looking for candidates with some sort of financial data analytics experience (potentially from client reporting), and also the ability to deal with clients on a daily basis.
As mentioned, the business is growing very quickly, taking on new business all of the time. This in turn has created a very fast-paced environment which requires an agile team that can facilitate this growth.
