My client is a well- established Regtech company which is a leading provider of capital market data, trade matching and regulatory reporting services to the global securities market. They provide capital market firms with information to assist them in conducting net asset valuations, mark-to-market calculations, fixed-income portfolio mapping, liquidity and volume modelling, as well as reference data population updates. They require a client service representative to join their London team.

They provide capital market firms with information to assist them in conducting net asset valuations, mark-to-market calculations, fixed-income portfolio mapping, liquidity and volume modelling, as well as reference data population updates. They require a client service representative to join their London team.

 

The person in this role will be required to provide first-line support to investment banks, hedge funds, asset managers and other financial institutions for one of their regulatory solutions.

 

Key responsibilities are:

 

 

  • To ensure all e-mail requests and internally raised cases are sent to the support and Information Services are correctly logged on Salesforce and allocated to resolver groups

 

  • Work closely with sales and business development to support all clients

 

  • To provide product training and onsite technical support/ fault analysis at customer sites for Platinum clients

 

  • To ensure client installation requirements are met; including hardware/software/training
  • Manage new clients on-boarding process effectively and appropriately assisting them during the implementation and subsequent use of their products
  • To produce professional documentation from client correspondence to business specifications
  • To be able to represent the department in internal project meetings from initiation through the Project lifecycle to conclusion

 

Key Requirements:

 

 

  • Understanding of OTC derivatives and regulatory reporting requirements and trade repositories would be highly beneficial
  • Basic SQL awareness
  • An understanding of networking fundamentals, e.g protocols, architecture and troubleshooting
  • Ability to investigate application orientated incidents and identify a logical path to resolution
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic, resourceful and able to glean information from other parts of the organisation where necessary
  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to calmly comprehend and resolve complex problems. 
  • Excellent ability to build strong working relationships as it is flat structure and lots of senior management interaction
  • Desire to provide first rate client service to FI’s
