An opportunity has arisen to join a world leading asset manager on a contract basis. This opportunity comes at an exciting time for the organisation who is experiencing a period of growth. As a member of the wider Client delivery team the successful candidate will be responsible for meeting with Clients and gaining an in depth understanding of their long term investment goals. You will also be responsible for utilising the tools available to the organisation in order to assist the Client in meeting those objectives.

The Role

  • Servicing an assigned book of Client relationships primarily in the UK and Insurance Channel
  • Develop a strong understanding of Clients’ requirements as well as monitoring and engaging with Clients in order to proactively manage and maintain relationship agreements
  • Serve in a COO role when required in order to ensure servicing needs are met
  • Build constructive relationships with Relationship Managers as part of a wider Client Relationship team managing all aspects of the Client Relationship
  • Lead or attend key Client meetings and provide essential follow ups
  • Coordination of transactions including the facilitation of onboarding, investment management agreements and dealing with general compliance matters
  • Act as a day to day resource for Client Analysts
  • Proactively seek opportunities for improvements in efficiency and assist in the rollout of internal programmes and initiatives.

The Candidate

  • Outstanding collaborative and relationship building skills
  • Must demonstrate sound business judgement and an ability to solve problems for Clients
  • Sadly candidates who do not have prior experience in a Client Services role serving institutional Clients cannot be considered for this role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
