This role reports to the Manager Client and Performance Reporting and involves Coordinating the daily and periodic reporting processes with various internal and external parties (clients and vendor)

Key Objectives:

›       Coordinate the daily and periodic reporting processes with various internal and external parties (clients and vendor)

›        Ensures that client experience is superior and adheres to regulatory deadlines and contractual service level agreements.

Responsibilities:

›       Be involved with and manage all aspects of client reporting including client statements and contract notes. This will include, but is not limited to pre-production, production and issue resolution, on a daily basis.

›       Be responsible for timely and accurate issue resolution on a daily basis, always maintaining the highest level of client service

›       Participate in implementation of process improvement and technology enhancement

›       Proactively recommend innovations and modifications in line with industry requirements and corporate objectives and goals to improve operational processes, systems, policies and procedures.

›       Develop a comprehensive understanding of the functional capabilities and the mitigations contained within the client reporting processing solution. 

›       Work with the team on identifying, defining and implementing Quality Assurance processes used to support the client reporting processes within our Global Wealth Services offering.

›       Take part in any other ad-hoc projects as required

 

Other:

›       Keep Current – (market conditions, regulation, SEI products and services, etc) and maintain ongoing and effective communication and alignment of these with client business practices. 

›       Maintenance and updating of internal systems/ data reference points in agreed format to ensure consistency and communication of relevant information within the team and ensure integrity of data.

›       Any other ad-hoc projects as required.

 

Best Practice:

›       Adhere to all relevant FCA requirements and compliance.

 

Technical Capabilities/Skills & Experience Required for the Role:

›       Knowledge of global securities processing, participants, and industry standard formats and requirements is desirable

›       Knowledge of security types including equity, fixed income and derivative instruments is desirable

›       Knowledge of investment vehicles including registered funds, hedge funds, separate accounts and private accounts a plus.
