We are working with an independent and international financial services firm with over $208 billion in client assets. With offices worldwide they provide investment banking, private equity and equity research services to institutions, corporations and entrepreneurs around the world.

They are looking to hire a Client Relations Data Specialist, who will work closely with the Financial Sponsors Group (FSG) Senior Bankers, as well as industry specialist teams, supporting them in building and growing relations with their private equity clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support the FSG Senior Bankers in developing relationships with private equity firms, this will include receiving, initiating and/or following-up on client communications
  • Process daily private equity data within internal databases/CRMs based on information available from Global Investment Banking reports, resources or outside data platforms
  • Update databases based on the information gathered from senior bankers in the Financial Sponsors Group
  • Assist with the update and clean-up of FSG banker-specific reports, including call activity reports, coverage reports, opportunity tracking and other report revisions
  • Assist with the migration of data from excel/word databases and reports into Salesforce
  • Coordinate with senior bankers to provide information, or facilitate requests, regarding sponsors
  • Regular communication with others in the Global Investment Banking team to request/confirm information for databases, reports or CRMs
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Ideally experience using Salesforce
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to thrive within a dynamic and challenging environment
