I am looking for a Client Operations and Delivery specialist to manage and support teams for a leading start-up Fintech organisation. This is role requires someone who has excellent communication skills and can build strong relationships. This person must be motivated, highly competent, dedicated and be a good team player. The role will involve dealing with operational issues, client management, assessing critical action and leading.

This is role requires someone who has excellent communication skills and can build strong relationships. This person must be motivated, highly competent, dedicated and be a good team player. The role will involve dealing with operational issues, client management, assessing critical action and leading.



REQUIREMENTS

We want someone who will become an integral part of our client operations team, who will take ownership and drive progress throughout end to end build and delivery of platform components.

We want someone who has most, if not all of:

  • the ability to gather client requirements and map these to technical requirements, estimate, prioritise and track through delivery
  • strong stakeholder management, including advising clients, keeping them informed of progress and ensuring they make necessary decisions
  • the ability to work with development teams, understand technical issues and scrutinise build
  • the drive to use their initiative to pro-actively make decisions and progress
  • User Acceptance Testing experience
  • familiar with JIRA software
  • strong attention to detail whilst maintaining a view of the big delivery strategy
  • the flexibility to take on new responsibilities in a safe and supportive environment
  • strong analytical and problem solving skills

and for bonus points:

  • work experience in the Finance sector
  • an understanding of common retail financial products (loans, mortgages, deposit products)
  • the ability to create new processes or suggest improvements to existing processes to improve path to delivery
  • experience of software delivery
  • experience of Agile (SCRUM) practices
  • software development skills
