This is a 9 month FTC role in Chelmsford.

The Role:

To assist and take part in projects and initiatives that impact Client Services and to provide support to the SME's within the process teams in delivering critical BAU and project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To analyse project requirements that impact the Client Service teams.
  • To own & co-ordinate the Corporate Action EGM process liaising with relevant SME's.
  • To manage & co-ordinate internal initiatives within the team.
  • To assist with the resolution of escalated issues.
  • To support the process teams in delivering critical BAU & project tasks where resource or volumes dictate.
  • To advise, write and quality check procedures with the team procedure owner (SME).
  • To uphold quality to the correct level.
  • Ability to remain positive and deliver measurable results.
  • Remain organised with a clear view of future desired outcomes.
  • Report clearly and keep those more senior informed.
  • To be accountable and responsible, making good decisions which are owned.

You will have:
  • Previous experience in Financial Services
