Our Client, a growing international financial services organisation, is looking to appoint a Client Onboarding & KYC Associate to be responsible for all new client onboarding requirements and documentation for their expanding business. Reporting to the Compliance Manager, responsibilities will include;
  • Onboarding new agents / distributors / customers – reviewing of all applications and collating and processing associated and required documentation.
  • Acting as escalation point for all new customers and business associates of the company to ensure compliance with KYC and onboarding regulations and company policy
  • Proactively identify situations that may pose significant compliance risk and guide management in the development/reviewing/updating of relevant policies, procedures and business practices
  • Actively monitor onboarding processes and report back to management to advise and resolve any issues.
  • Support with launch of new products to ensure KYC and onboarding requirements are met.

You must be degree educated and should have at least two years’ experience in Payment Services/ Retail Banking onboarding using an automated system. This is a ”hands on” position, working as part of the onboarding team, reviewing and processing applications so you will need detailed KYC and onboarding experience including knowledge of PEP & Sanctions rules.

NB The offices are a 6 min walk from a Northern Line tube (or twice that from Thameslink) and close to major trunk roads & the M1. During Covid lockdown staff are working from home  however when lockdown is lifted this will be a fulltime office-based role, so you must live within a manageable daily commute of the office.
