You will be responsible for co-ordinating all aspects of institutional client transitions and proactively liaising with all parties both externally and internally to ensure a smooth and efficient on boarding and/ or restructure process.
This will include:
Co-ordination of the take-on process for institutional segregated and pooled fund investors by liaising internally with teams (Legal, Compliance, Operations, Implementation Teams and Client Group)
Ensuring that all aspects of the on boarding / restructure are appropriately actioned by these internal departments.
Liaising with the client to ensure requirements are understood and subsequently met, that the client remains fully informed and expectations are managed alongside funding and/ or transition timelines
Ensuring requirements and processes of external parties such as custodians, transition managers, clearing brokers, administrators, accountants and trading counterparties are considered as part of the onboarding and restructure process.
Establishing servicing and operating processes with the clients appointed third party representatives Administrator to arrange for the set-up of client portfolios and ensure the necessary linkages are established from an operational perspective
You will likely be degree educated with a minimum 5 years relevant industry experience. Some transitions experience is essential particularly in respect to operational processes, legal and regulatory risks, AML regulations, market risk, pooled vehicles and external transition managers
