Client On-Boarding Manager required to join a dynamic Fintech organisation who provide services to financial services clients across banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and exchanges. This is a permanent role and pays up to £60k + bonus + benefits.

Working closely with the Head of Client On-Boarding, you will be responsible for conducing Client Due Diligence and sanctions to ensure clients are adhering to AML and KYC standards.
You will have the chance to manage a team of two analysts and help grow the team out, acting as a central point of contact for the business and for external clients.

  • Good experience within a Client Onboarding role
  • Experience Team Leading/Managing small teams of one/two analysts
  • Experience within Financial Services
  • Knowledge/exposure to MiFID 2 or other regulation
