iKas International are currently recruiting for a Chief Product Owner (Regulatory Operations) for a market leading international bank. They require a Chief Product Owner to work on Agile deliveries helping to maximise the business value of the product resulting from work completed by transformation teams. You will be accountable for the successful delivery of the Regulatory Operations transformation portfolio relating to Agile delivery. You will possess 10 + years relevant experience covering implementation of strategy into technology solutions.

They require a Chief Product Owner to work on Agile deliveries helping to maximise the business value of the product resulting from work completed by transformation teams. You will be accountable for the successful delivery of the Regulatory Operations transformation portfolio relating to Agile delivery. You will possess 10 + years relevant experience covering implementation of strategy into technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the strategic operations roadmap for Regulatory Operations
  • Ensuring a unified service delivery
  • Representing the stakeholders
  • Creating & maintaining Product backlogs
  • Ensuring any change is aligned with the BAU Regulatory Operations and F2B supporting processes and control frameworks
  • Provide leadership and comply with the highest standards of regulatory and business conduct and practices as defined by internal and external requirements.

Ideal Candidate

  • This role would require 10+ years of relevant experience, covering the implementation of strategy into technology solutions, part of which is operating at the Group level of sizeable international companies, ideally with sometime in the finance sector covering FM products
  • Sound market knowledge
  • Awareness and understanding of the firm's Business Strategy & Model.

  • Financial Analysis and Control
  • Governance, Oversight and Controls
