You will own the development strategy, source new opportunities, and achieve revenue and customer targets by establishing solid partnerships with Financial Institution channel partners. We'll look to you to define the business model for 'accelerators' globally, including the contract structure, compensation schemes, technology set up and role profiles. You will develop and implement a sales partnership plan that is consistent with our overall payments strategy. You will use your experience to identify new 'accelerator' opportunities in strategic markets. Working with the wider sales teams, you will leverage best practices and ensure that the approach remains competitive and relevant to our customers.
We'll need you to have strong experience in and launching partnership solutions a global Fintech, Banking or Payments organisation with a proven track record of enterprise sales or solutioning. You will also need to have product and project management expertise. You will
Be able to think creatively about business models, taking into account customer experience, technology, compliance. You will demonstrate significant initiative, tenacity, and leadership skills and work to drive large scale opportunities in a complex, global matrixed environment.
