Our global teams act as geographic, product and industry specialists, with a focus on domestic, regional and cross-border collaboration in M&A, DCM, ECM Advisory, and solutions businesses. Our global sector teams include FIG, Natural Resources and Power, Industrials, TMT, Consumer Retail, and Financial Sponsors.

Role description:

Analysis of banking requirements and delivery of projects covering a wide variety of initiatives:

  • Preparing BRD's for projects including an International CRM requirement and EMEA Email intelligence
  • Project management, including international rollout of Symphony communications platform, implementation of cross border transaction standards and various smaller projects
  • Working with banking teams to analyse new requirements and articulate them to both banking management and corporate functions
  • Follow up MIFID II and Criminal Finances Act go live and produce analysis on process enhancements
  • Preparation of presentations and financials in support of proposals and initiatives
  • Updating relevant policies and procedures

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required

  • Be able to work both independently and in collaboration with others
  • Project management experience and ability to coordinate inputs and opinions from different sources
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry
  • Working knowledge of Investment Banking advantageous
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, take ownership
  • Strong people skills, operating at all levels of the business and across the Wholesale division
  • Adaptability to change and ability to build relationships and work with others
  • Flexibility to work outside of boundaries and learn new skills
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail, coupled with good written and oral communication skills
  • Organised approach to work with an ability to present complex subjects in an accessible way
  • Ability to interact confidently with senior management
