Position Description:

Position Overview

This new role will help deliver EMEA wide integrated campaigns designed to:

Accelerate brand recognition and engagement across key markets
Drive business growth against key strategic priorities such as new asset classes (ESG, Alternatives), and thought leadership platforms (Active vs Passive, Secular/Cyclical Outlook, Chicago Booth Centre for Decision Research)
Support asset growth against opportunities arising from the Global Wealth Management Solutions forums.

The role will look at the integration of advertising (print, digital, outdoor, television and radio), paid search, paid social, amplified content, campaign and content hubs, email and through distribution partners to ensure we are driving clients closer to purchasing funds, and maximizing our investment across each stage of the client journey. In addition, developing robust and commercially relevant measurement frameworks to assess marketing and business impact is key.

This role will help conceive and deliver campaigns for the EMEA region working in close partnership with regional channel marketing managers and functional teams, as well as with brand and messaging leaders across the US and APAC to deliver global work.

This role will assist in day-to-day management of our agency network including strategy, creative, media and production ensuring a "best in class" agency-client relationship.

Position Requirements:

Minimum 10 years' experience in campaign management within financial services; Asset Management experience highly desirable
Demonstrated understanding of asset management audiences and sub-segments across EMEA, and how to structure campaigns for clients at different stages of their buying journey
A strong understanding of the EMEA media landscape, including B2C environments
Demonstrated ability to conceive and deliver integrated campaign strategies at brand, thought leadership, and product campaign levels, including developing measurement frameworks for campaigns
Excellent digital marketing skill-set with knowledge of latest campaign technologies across all elements of the marketing mix
Ability to manage complex project plans across channel and functional teams, and country, regional and global teams, towards campaign delivery
Outstanding stakeholder management skills including dealing with client facing teams and business leaders
History of working with best in class agencies to deliver a great partnership and great work
Pro-active attitude, experience working for global organisations, comfortable with ambiguity and an ability to solve problems
Adept at thinking through strategy as much as executing
