A Head of Software & Test Engineering required by large scale FMCG firm to assist on a number of initiatives.
The role will be responsible for assisting the client on a major technology transformation programme. Scope includes Digital, Cloud First, Insourcing, Data Analytics and Agile.
There will be a team of around 85 to manage.
Key skills must include architectural, software engineering (C#), end to end testing & quality assurance, manual to automated test engineering / process experience, Agile, Data knowledge.
The position will face off to senior stakeholders and this individual will be expected to have a proven background of negotiating and influencing at Board level.
Initial 3 months however the portfolio is a multi year initiative.
