Retail Banking and Wealth Management serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Retail Banking and Wealth Management team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

The purpose of the role is to support the implementation of CTLA's (Corporate Trust Loan Agency) 5 year global growth plan taking ownership and responsibility of various tasks and functions across the business

Agreeing and implementing best practice across the business

Supporting the efficient and smooth running of the day to day business activity including active issue management and resolution

Monitoring all developments and enhancements (both business, product and IT) that are undertaken in CTLA Europe

Ensuring the active execution of the business and supporting our Product strategy

Ensuring consistency of delivery

Formulating and delivering contingency procedures across all locations and systems

Interacting with the various functions (both internal and external) that interface with and

Support CTLA Europe including BRCM, ORIC, Compliance and Finance

The jobholder will work closely with senior management, regional heads to drive the delivery of the CTLA 5 year growth plan for the UK as well as supporting the wider project needs in the business

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • In-depth budget & cost management experience
  • End to end Project Management and delivery experience/qualifications and history of success
  • Commercial focus - thorough understanding of sector business issues
  • Deep analytical & problem solving skills
  • IT literacy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - good team player
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to influence decisions and work to tight deadlines
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Strong customer focus
  • Excellent project management and delivery skills (all stages of project lifecycle)
