Reporting to the Head of Transaction Management, the CLO Transaction Management Analyst will support the Transaction Management Team in all aspects of the day to day operational management of the CLO’s. Duties such as, but not limited to, cash analysis, operations and reporting duties for the TKO CLO Platform. The individual will have some working knowledge of CLO’s and asset accumulation and with interest and appetite to expand that knowledge to gain a fuller understanding of Reporting /deal documentation/mechanics/deal compliance over time. They should be able to communicate effectively at various levels both internally and externally.
