Within this role you will be involved in the full life cycle of software development, you will be sitting on a trading floor alongside the traders and quants. Your focus will be on improving low latency exchange connectivity to new markets, boosting order execution algorithms and working towards improving trading strategies. You will see the direct impact of your work on business revenue. To do this role you will need:

• A first-class STEM degree from a leading organisation.
• A C++/Python enthusiast.
• Be very confident with algorithms and data structures.
