An experienced Business Process Manager is required for a gambling company based in in Northwest London. This individual will manage a small team of process owners in a newly created team within their Business Assurance Department. The team will be responsible for developing and implementing a governance control framework along with implementing best practices for process and control design for evolving business processes. Applicants must have strong experience within Process Management along with a track record in implementing process improvement methodologies within large scale organisations.

Key Accountabilities or Duties:

  • Managing a of a small team of process experts.
  • Accountable for ensuring that all processes, controls and workflow are correctly documented, reviewed, signed off and managed.
  • Creating a pipeline of identified improvements to processes and the supporting controls and influencing the business to make those changes.
  • Championing analysis from the team to show the current state of process and controls to senior management.
  • Building strong relationships with the Process Owners to ensure they have what they need to be able to manage their processes effectively for themselves.

Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience in process improvement methodologies
  • Experience of managing conceptual projects through to implementation and benefits realisation.
  • Demonstrable experience of testing, verification and validation techniques.
  • Experience of project management processes and methodologies.
  • Proven track record of functional transformation deliverables.
