I am currently working with a Global Asset Management firm based in the City of London who are looking to expand their EMEA Business Management team. The main purpose of the role is to provide Sales Management, Insight and Strategy support to the business, with a focus on enhancing the use of technology across each of those areas.
- Work with Sales to ensure the effective execution of EMEA Distribution Sales Management routines and governance
- Manage procedures to track and report sales activity, pipeline, and flows
- Co-ordinate tiering and account management process for priority clients and prospects
- Conduct analysis that explore trends in client and sales activity, with a focus on partnering with Global Distribution Intelligence to leverage Tableau as a platform for scaling sales insights
- Partner with other business units, including Finance, Distribution Enablement, Product, and Marketing on initiatives that enhance understanding of client, business, and market dynamics
- Produce professional grade presentations and business intelligence for senior management, including for use at external events and townhalls
- Manage projects aligned to EMEA Distributions strategic objectives, bringing together stakeholders from insider and outside the Business Unit to deliver change that addresses specific business opportunities or risks
- Provide specific support to the development and execution of the strategies for the EMEA Institutional, EMEA Intermediary, and Global Consultant Relations channels
- Min 4 years of prior experience in a similar business management position
- Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, presentation
- Strong relationship management skills and customer orientation - demonstrated ability to build credible relationships within business unit, and across the organization.
- Strong analytical skills with keen instinct on how to gather meaningful data and synthesize it to represent a story
- Proven project management experience with a business perspective and strong process orientation with a history of delivering results
