Main purpose of the role:
•Member of the Business Management team, supporting the Compliance department.
As a member of the Business Management and Planning team the successful candidate’s role will include;
•Office Management including Space planning and move co-ordination
•Procurement requests, Fixtures & Stationary management , New Joiner on-boarding support, Compliance MD support including ,Expense management, Travel booking, Visitor co-ordination, Expense management, Mail Distribution
•Maintenance of the Business Management and Planning’s processes and procedures
•Achieve co-ordination, Maintenance & update of the Divisions Intranet site and implement procedures to ensure the data is kept up to date
•Business Continuity planning and support
•Divisional Event planning & management organising events such as, team divisional meetings, learning and training opportunities, other social events (eg. the Christmas event)
•Meeting / Committee support, incorporating scheduling, agenda and minute preparation.
Assist with MI production
•Responding to Ad-hoc questions received by the Business Management team; explore and implement solutions and document procedures for common topics.
In addition to the duties described above, you will contribute to the work of the Compliance department in any other ways reasonably expected, including memberships of projects and working groups and assisting with other priorities in the department or group as a whole.
•Experience working in a Financial Institution
•Experience working as in Office Management or Business Management team

•Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
•Analytical in approach with a strong ability to problem solve.
•Advanced PC skill including Word, Excel , and Power Point
•Japanese speaker helpful but not necessary required
