The purpose of the role is to provide support for Management Information (MI) for the Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM) teams globally. This includes the management and control of delivery, systems, process, and change.

About Our Client

Job Responsibilities:

Role Overview

o Support the MI Controller with the day to day BAU management and delivery of MI within the global team

o Ensure the timely and accurate provision of MI

o Guidance and support to of the RBWM Business Finance teams on changes to MI policy, systems and other local and Group initiatives

o Provider of support to the RBWM Business Finance MI Controller for RBWM Business Finance



o Change: RBWM Finance lead for Change Requests analysis and process management

o Change: System Change User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where required

o Change: Governance - authorization, tracking and implementation of changes

o Management: Preparing and operating the internal RBWM Finance Leadership MI Council

o Month End: Reporting Timetable management

o Month End: Global Reporting Reviews and Service improvements

o Engagement: Run regular global stakeholder calls on the above areas

o Other: Monthly review of Business Framework and Change coordinator

o Other: Regular review, interpretation and update of Functional Instructional Manual (FIM)

o Other: Any required ad hoc analysis and deliverables.


o Subject expert for Table Manager (TM1) system and Cognos/Insight Templates

o TM1 audit and data migration project partner

o Digital Finance - QlikSense dashboard knowledge and demonstrations.

Projects (included, not limited to)

o RBWM Finance Lead on the IFRS9 accounting standard change and Saracen 18 update

o Support and understand Structural Reform Programme (SRP) changes

o Boundary Change management for restructures.
