A well-known CFD provider with a global presence is building out a new team of Business Developers based in their London office.

This team will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new potential institutional clients in the European market and will work closely with senior Business developers and Relationship Managers to close new deals.

The role requires this individual to create a need within a prospective customer and transition the opportunity to the next stage of our sales cycle.


  • Identify strategic prospect customers by utilising data management systems and social media platforms
  • Make initial contact through telephone calls, email campaigns or social media communications to qualify and establish customer requirements
  • Handle inbound sales enquiries from our marketing campaigns, website and online chat function
  • Align our products and services to match customer requirements and generate a need for our offering
  • Schedule meetings for our sales team and manage client relationship through to meeting completion
  • Close and on-board lower value inbound opportunities directly up to agreed volume limit
  • Work closely with the sales teams to offer all customers a consistent high level of service
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a smooth customer journey for inbound enquiries
  • Comply with all anti-money laundering regulations and help with client onboarding.


  • Degree educated, ideally in Finance, Banking, Economics or Business
  • Native speaker in Italian, Spanish and/or French and fluent in English
  • Client-facing experience ideally within sales, relationship management, telesales, cold calling, business development or client services
  • Knowledge of the financial market and the CFD industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly motivated and able to motivate and inspire others
