What you'll do
As a Business Architect, you'll play a key role in shaping and communicating the strategic direction of the business, working closely with stakeholders to define opportunities, articulate value, and support execution.
You'll build compelling business cases and propositions to influence stakeholders and secure investment. This will include working closely with deal teams and business leaders to turn strategy into actionable initiatives, produce clear strategic documentation to support senior decisions, and lead market research to translate trends and opportunities into impactful strategic narratives.

You'll build compelling business cases and propositions to influence stakeholders and secure investment. This will include working closely with deal teams and business leaders to turn strategy into actionable initiatives, produce clear strategic documentation to support senior decisions, and lead market research to translate trends and opportunities into impactful strategic narratives.
Your other key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and shaping business strategies and operating model thinking, ensuring alignment to organisational goals
- Creating compelling storytelling and highly visual presentations to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively to senior stakeholders
- Supporting design reviews for key delivery programmes, ensuring alignment to desired business outcomes and long-term direction
- Validating solution quality, identifying architectural risks, and escalating significant findings to appropriate stakeholders
- Monitoring emerging technologies within your domain, identifying potential opportunities or risks and raising them for consideration within the architecture governance framework

- Exposure to AI-driven initiatives or technology-enabled transformation is desirable, along with strong commercial awareness and an understanding of lending businesses
