Business Analyst (Associate)
Take responsibility for driving business change / improvement across our trading business in EMEA.
Play an integral role in the delivery of business change and regulatory reform across Europe, dealing with and co-ordinating resolution on a diverse range of projects. You will be involved in delivering various internal projects that have an impact business-wide, working with cross-divisional stakeholders of different seniority.
As a key member of the change delivery project team you will be effectively gathering and documenting requirements, designing business processes, aligning solutions to business objectives and supporting the delivery of the change through the project lifecycle. This covers both external regulator driven changes as well as internal changes.
Your role will encompass the end-to-end delivery and involve working with both onshore and offshore delivery teams as well as multiple stakeholders.
You will bring excellent core business analysis skills and experience of working in complex business change programmes. Effective communication skills and strong organisation skills will be key, with proven results implementing business changes essential.
It would be useful if you have experience within a trading environment and / or detailed knowledge of at least one asset class. It would also be useful if you have experience with different global regulatory regimes.
