About the Role
Key Responsibilities and Scope of role:
Director and Board Support (60%)
Company Secretarial Support (20%)
Team Administration (15%)
Support for the Quilter Corporate Secretariat Team Strategy (5%)
You will be a graduate or part qualified Chartered Governance professional, with some experience gained within a corporate secretariat function.
You'll have a strong team working and collaborative working style with a high level of PC skills including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook as well as strong administration skills.
