My client is an integral part of the OTC Derivative post-trade community, providing a platform which has become the leading product in this infrastructure space. They are currently looking to hire a number a people to join their client services team which acts as the first point of contact for client interaction with the company. The role requires strong trouble shooting ability as well as a client focussed mindset. In addition to this the successful candidates will have to demonstrate the ability to create new client solutions in order to enhance the client experience

The Role:

  • Liaising with subscribers on all issues relating to the service (via email, phone and in person)
  • Trade data normalisation / handling
  • Reviewing reconciliation output
  • Ensuring structured and effective delivery of service
  • Promoting comprehensive and more effective usage of the service
  • Raising internal request for new functionalities and assisting in UAT testing
  • Client training (current and new functionalities) 

Requirements:

- French or German Language skills

- 0-3 years experience in Financial Services ideal

- Relevant degree

- Previous experience in Client Service
