Here at Lloyds Banking Group we are recruiting an Auditor to join our Retail and Digital Audit Team. The role can be based in London or Edinburgh.

As an Audit Manager within the Retail & Digital audit team you'll support the delivery of complex audits across a diverse set of business areas that encompass the entire product lifecycle. The audits are of varying scale and scope and touch on many of the 'hop topics' within baking. Joining our Audit team will offer the opportunity to cover a significant proportion of the Group, both business and personal customers, and provide real breadth of Retail banking experience including products.

You'll work collaboratively with internal stakeholders so that our work is focussed on the key risks and controls within the Community Bank, Telephony and Digital delivery channels. You'll learn the audit methodology and be expected to deliver within defined time and quality parameters, so the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines is essential. You'll work across the Group and develop your network to understand and evaluate current and emerging risks and how they could impact the business.

You'll have the curiosity and the confidence to make recommendations based on the findings that come from your audit work. Adept at communicating well, you'll be able to tailor your style to a wide range of stakeholders via written and verbal methods and articulate your message in a straightforward way. You'll need to make sense of complex processes and represent our customer's perspective to identify potential areas of risk.

If you can demonstrate a proven ability to learn quickly and progress in your past or present roles, you should consider a career within Audit.

Ideally you'll have knowledge of the key risks and controls within your current business area; you might even have identified potential areas for control improvement. You may have worked in a customer facing part of the business or associated operational support areas and will understand the impact of your role or function and the benefits it brings to the customer. Alternatively you might have supported an audit or managed a work stream that supported implementation of regulatory change.
