Our client is a small, successful and profitable Management Consulting firm with a focus on IT, operating across the public and private sector. They are looking to add to their senior leadership team with the intention that the successful individual will have the blend of skills and profile necessary to become an equity partner in a very short timeframe. The role is threefold - to develop new business in new and existing clients, assignment/programme delivery leadership and account management, and development of capabilities within the firm (inc staffing, processes, tools and frameworks)

Our client provides high quality IT management consulting services to large scale organisations in the public and private sector.

They are looking to add to their senior leadership team and are hiring an associate partner to develop new business both with new and existing clients.  In addition the successful candidate will also have responsibility for programme/assignment delivery and for capability development within the organisation.  There is also an opportunity for this new hire to become an equity partner in a very short timeframe.

Established by a team of highly skilled individuals with CIO/CTO level experience in the world's largest financial services firms, our client provides advice, support, and leadership for some of the most important and complex challenges for the biggest names in global finance and UK government.  This involves developing transformational strategies, leading and supporting organisation-wide change and delivery programmes, and managing major sourcing and cost reduction initiatives.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience of a successful career in both industry and consulting, operating at very senior levels (CxO, heads of department, programme directors etc).  They expect candidates not only to demonstrate high levels of intellect, but also significant emotional intelligence and the ability to relate to their clients.
