Associate Director, Employee Relations Lead - Asia

Take ownership and accountability for the delivery of the Employee Relations service to our businesses across 11 markets in Asia.

Reporting into our Regional Head of HR and working within a supportive and high performing Human Resources team, you will be responsible for the delivery of Employee Relations services directly to the business including performance management, terminations, restructures and mergers and acquisitions.

You will also be tasked with litigation and legal risk management as well as the negotiation of employment documentation for new hires. You will be required to work closely with the HR Business Partners to assess and respond to Employee Relations matters as well as develop regional employment policy.

With a tertiary qualification in a relevant field (Legal qualification preferred), you will have proven experience in employee relations, preferably from the Financial Services industry.

You will be required to have practical knowledge of providing Employee Relations advice to a number of different markets in Asia with an ability to show good judgement with balancing commerciality with risk management. You will have a solutions-focused approach, sensitivity and diplomacy, as well as an ability to gain and maintain credibility and trust with all levels of employees including senior management.
