My client, a leading Investment Bank are looking to hire an Associate to join their Real Estate M&A team looking at deals across UK and Europe. This is a great opportunity to join a team with very high deal flow, working on large transactions.
Candidate Requirements:
- 4+ years' experience (associate level) from either a M&A, real estate finance or banking background
- Exposure to Real Estate transactions is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong financial analysis and excel modelling skills
- Ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of deal
