Our client, a leading investment management firm, currently seeks a recently qualified accountant from practice to join their Infrastructure business based in the City of London.

Our client, a leading investment management firm, currently seeks a recently qualified accountant from practice to join their Infrastructure business based in the City of London.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing of management accounts and financial statements of investee entities
- Liaising with auditors and deal with their queries/issues (including managing audit timetable and relationship with auditors).
- Investee companies. Manage drawdowns and distributions with Investee companies and the TPA.
- Coordinating and review the preparation of the tax returns for the investee entities with the tax advisor.
- Monitoring the authorisation of business unit and Funds' expenses.
- Reviewing consolidated trial balances for the funds prepared by the TPA.
- Responding to investor queries relating to finance matters.

As such you will have the following skills and experience:
- Recently qualified accountant with experience of financial reporting (UK GAAP/IFRS)
- Excellent academics including A Level Maths
- Strong Excel skills and a committed work ethic
- First class communication skills with an ability to identify problems and drive to follow them through to resolution
