The role will involve providing chartered company secretarial support to the Bank’s company secretary and supporting the Bank’s various committees as required.
The successful candidate will be exposed to a variety of work including board and committee meetings, managing the corporate calendar, managing signatories, insurance, ensuring annual review of business contingency plan, risk and regulatory duties etc.
The successful candidate will ideally have a legal qualification and have gone down the Co Sec route; however, the legal qualification is only preferable, not essential.
The successful candidate will have the right attitude and potential to grow in the role, with potential career progression to Company Secretary in time and subject to performance.
Salary is dependent on experience but is likely to be in the region of circa £82k. Additionally, the successful candidate will be eligible to participate in the company’s discretionary, performance related bonus scheme. And will be entitled to company benefits as well.
