Assistant Business Manager - 3-6 month FTC

What is the opportunity?
Working within the Investment Banking Business Management team - supporting GIB with CRM queries and adhoc report creation when required, and assisting in the upkeep and production of Management Information.

What will you do?
  • Attention to detail and timely delivery of weekly, monthly or quarterly reporting
  • Support in the creation of the weekly pipeline report
  • Support in the creation of the quarterly expense report
  • Support in the updating of Coverage lists within the CRM system
  • Ensure the department complies with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Effectively managing programs and projects that further business objectives, as well as managing internal conflicts when they arise
  • Proactively identify operational risks/ control deficiencies in the business
  • Review and comply with Firm Policies applicable to your business activities

What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
  • Candidates should have some knowledge of financial services
  • Worked in a deadline focused environment before
  • An understanding of the Investment Banking business, its products and challenges facing the market
