With said growth, the technology team has grown at a similar pace ensuring the business is supported with the latest technologies, applications and robust infrastructure. This has led to the need to hire an Application Analyst to work on application development, infrastructure support, Power BI and Data Analysis. The candidate will have a Computer Science or Technology degree with experience in Financial Services.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Supporting, building and developing front office applications
  • Producing SQL and VBA codes to increase efficiency and accuracy of data and systems
  • Power BI and Data Analysis
  • Providing SQL and VBA code to support the investment team, the business and global offices

  • Infrastructure support and build out
  • Project support and ad hoc tech tasks

One of the key selling points of this role is the team dynamic and culture and the management style of the Head of Technology. His style is one of encouragement, learning and development. Hard work and a strong work ethic is rewarded with huge exposure and trajectory. Whilst the candidate will be comfortable in SQL, VBA with evidence of application support and development a strong work ethic and positive approach is a prerequisite. What this means in practice is that the candidate must be outgoing and willing to take on work independently, scope out current technology limitations and constraints and come up with ideas for improvement.
