Analyst 3 / Associate 1 M&A team - Top Boutique

Our client is one of the leading advisors to the FTSE for Strategic advisory and Corporate finance work they are looking for strong candidates to join their team, advising on some of the biggest transactions in the UK over the last few years they are building out the bench for the work that they currently on.
They cover M&A, Debt Advisory and Debt Restructuring and in the industrials team, you will get exposure to all areas.
The role:
• Managing deal flow from the MDs and work on the forefront of all deals
• Financial modelling & reviews
• Pitchbooks and IMs
• Work on execution of deals
• Attend client meetings 

Candidate Requirements: 
• 3-5 years M&A experience from an Investment Bank, Boutique or ACA qualified 2020 or 2021 candidates working in Lead advisory, corporate finance or deal advisory team from big 4.
• Interest in the industrials sector would be a bonus. 
• Strong financial modelling skills
• excellent communication 
• Ability to work above and beyond your level
