As an Agile Transformation Consultant, you'll set up and execute large-scale transformation work that is both successful and sustainable. By operating through the full-value stream and providing expertise in organisational and cultural change, you'll design a transformation strategy that is tailored to the individual needs of your client. You'll use your exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with top-level (CxO) stakeholders and your deep technical understanding of Agile techniques to lead Agile transformations within global organisations of 5,000+ people. By collaborating with your colleagues, you'll manage some of our most exciting projects across our portfolio of FTSE100 and Fortune 500 clients. • Design best-in-class consultancy solutions that set us apart from our competition

• Provide coaching and training services that will ensure we achieve our goals

Job Requirements
What we're looking for

• Iterative Project Management or Scrum Mastery experience
• Experience coaching and mentoring teams
• An understanding of business analysis, software process consultancy and Agile product ownership
• A track record managing large outsourced or offshore development project teams
• A working knowledge of software process improvement and requirements management
• Agility at scale experience such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE) or Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD)
• A strong understanding of Rally, Version One, Rational Tool Set, UML, RUP and other software engineering and development processes
