Agile Transformation Manager – (Financial Services, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

The way that organisations function and carry out their day to day work is forever changing, endlessly pursuing the most efficient way to operate. The most cutting edge of these methodologies is Agile. Agile allows organisations to constantly adapt to changing circumstances and saves valuable time and resources by preventing early mistakes pulling the rug out from the final decision. By using an Agile way of working, organisations can rectify errors and issues as soon as they arise, without having to begin the process all over again.

Your clients will be across all walks of Financial Services, from Transactional Banking, Asset/Wealth Management, Savings & Mortgages, Capital Markets, and Insurance to name just a selection. You will use your experience across one or many of these sectors as well as your extensive knowledge of all aspects of Agile, from Scrum, to SAFe and Kanban, in order to create a symbiotic relationship between the two.

This role requires a change management expert who is comfortable not just in using Agile to deliver projects in the past, but be able to help clients make their entire organisation work in a more Agile way by implementing Agile Frameworks by which the organisation can be structured around.
