As our Agile Delivery Manager, it's up to you find unique ways to tackle our clients' engaging and innovative projects. Whether you're designing a bespoke solution that meets your individual client's needs or you're adapting your communication style to help deliver a specific client project - you'll ensure everything you do makes a lasting impact. In this role, you'll use your understanding of different project delivery models such as Agile (Scrum) and other iterative approaches to lead high profile engagements across our diverse client base. By providing technical leadership and coaching within Agile principles, you'll show our clients how to apply Agile methodologies to their business. You'll also:

• Perform a variety of roles across the whole development lifecycle
• Combine your cross-functional skills in project and programme management to create scope for continuous improvement
• Take on an increasing responsibility within our IT Delivery project space

Job Requirements
What we're looking for

• Knowledge or hands-on-experience working in roles across all phases of the project lifecycle
• A proven track record of delivering highly complex IT and technology projects
• An Agile Scrum Master qualification or experience working in an Agile environment
• An ability to use different project methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, Waterfall and RUP
• Experience resolving cross-function issues
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
