Securities Services provides robust and reliable solutions that enhance performance and mitigate risk, today and in the future. Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments and multinational corporations, Securities Services offers a range of fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services.

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Securities Services team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

Key Responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Assist Global Advisory team in developing and shaping a world-class Advisory Service.
  • You will assume supporting responsibilities in various workstreams in major global Advisory initiatives including the introduction of a strategic end-to-end Advisory Platform globally
  • Work collaboratively with delivery partners and subject matter experts in gathering, translating and clarifying requirements and defining design options
  • Assist with early change planning and audience analysis through to designing and delivering change interventions
  • Assist with tracking and taking actions on change readiness, adoption, and feedback
  • You will also be responsible for Implementation Management, including planning, controlling and reporting on implementation of the change 'product', focusing on accelerating benefits and minimising risk during deployment
  • you should also have some Project Management experience in order to develop high level plans, engage key stakeholders and report on progress
  • Specific experience in target operating model design and implementation is desirable

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's / post-graduate degrees in numerical / statistical / financial subjects
  • Professional analytical qualifications, for example, the CFA designation or similar
  • Good understanding of investment risk and practical experience of risk / other analytical systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels
  • Experience of Project Management and Stakeholder Management
