ROLE OVERVIEW
PURPOSE OFJOB
The team is responsible for the administration of Corporate Truststructures, including International Pension Plans, Employee Benefit Trusts,Share Plans and Deferred Compensation Plans. The role supports the delivery ofefficient, accurate and timely administration services across thesearrangements.
The post holder will be responsible for processing periodic trustreviews, AML and risk-based reviews, preparing trustee minutes, arranginginvestment switches, processing payments, supporting share plan transactionsand assisting with the review of accounts and approved fund ranges. All workmust be completed in line with internal procedures, regulatory requirements andagreed service standards.
This is a client-facing role that supports the servicing of clients andmembers by preparing work for review by the Client Service Manager, maintainingaccurate records and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The rolerequires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability tomanage deadlines effectively.

MAINRESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Preparing Minutes to formalise Trustee decisions.
- Assisting with receipt of regular Trust contributions.
- Arranging invoice settlement.
- Arranging investment switches.
- AML and risk reviews for new and current business.
- Approved fund range review.
- Assisting with Trustee review of accounts.
- Collaboration with internal teams to service clients.
- External communication with members and clients.
- Supporting and mentoring new team members when required.
- Reducing risk of error by following set procedures.
- Ensuring careful consideration is given to all communications made externally - standard JTC format to be applied.
- Ensuring all work is completed in a timely manner and is accurate.
- Taking part in ad-hoc project work and new client take on - any project deadline will need to be met along with daily workloads.
- Adhere to Risk & Associate Compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML legislation.
- Adhere to JTC core values and expected behaviours.
- Any other duties as deemed necessary by Management.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Educated to A-level standard or equivalent.
- Excellent telephone skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
- High level of accuracy and attention to details.
- Administration experience desirable.
