Our client, a global asset manager, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team in London.
The role will incorporate organisation and administration skills to assist the Nordic Client Coverage team.
- Support the Nordic Client Coverage team with daily functions
- Coordination of movement for the team (travel, transport, accommodation, restaurants, visas, itineraries)
- Management of diaries including meetings and calls, taking notes when present
- Updating the sales database
- Telephone work as cover for absent team members
- Readying and sending invoices and processing expenses
- General office duties - printing, filing, scanning, telephone work
- Experience in a corporate environment
- Experience in asset management or financial services as advantageous but not required
- Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or Icelandic) a bonus but not guaranteed
