Here in our London Office we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our GCIB team working within FIG.

As an Administrative Assistant your main responsibilities will involve:

  • Complex diary management
  • Arranging meetings with clients
  • Organizing Travel, Visa
  • Processing expenses in Concur
  • Processing compliance approvals
  • Submitting Call reports and I-track
  • Arranging conference call - internal/external
  • Working within a team of 7 assistants and covering for absence
  • Coordinating team events
