Accounts and Travel Clerk, London

 

The Accounts and Travel Clerk will support the Accounts London team with all matters relating to travel and entertainment expenses, credit cards and supplier invoices.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Processing payments of all expenses and invoices
  • Ensuring accurate cost allocation
  • Checking and approving complex travel and entertainment expenses on a daily basis
  • Reconciliation of bank account
  • Being part of the invoicing process
  • Ensure high level of service in regard to quality and promptness.

 

Qualifications:

 

Essential:

  • At least 2 – 3 years’ experience in accounting
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in order to check each expense and invoice
  • Competent Excel skills are (ideally at Advanced level)
  • Strong communication skills to liaise regularly with all levels of stakeholders
  • Good team player
  • German language skills are desirable but not essential
  • Experience in tax related law is desirable
  • Experience within the financial industry is desirable but not essential
