We are looking for an Intern to join our Private Credit team in our London office for 3-6 months commencing as soon as possible. The Opportunity - Macquarie Capital Private Credit
Macquarie Capital Private Credit is part of Macquarie Capital's Principal Finance balance sheet investment platform, which has invested over EUR25bn since early 2009, with over 100 investment professionals globally. The team focuses on making credit investments between EUR50-300m.
Macquarie Capital also provides advisory and capital raising services to corporate and government clients involved in public mergers and acquisitions, private treaty acquisitions and divestments, debt and equity fund raising and corporate restructuring.
As an intern within the Macquarie Capital Private Credit team, you will support and assist the deal team in analysing potential investment opportunities (credit analysis, business planning and financial modelling, market analysis, due diligence assessment) and executing live transactions across Europe.
We are looking for motivated students in final year or gap year of a top business or engineering school (or equivalent), with a strong interest in finance. Prior experience as an intern in corporate finance advisory, M&A, private equity, transaction services, leveraged finance or audit, is a plus.
Excellent language skills in English are required, and French or German language capabilities would be advantageous. About Macquarie Capital
