We have an excellent opportunity for a qualified Accountant with experience of Regulatory Reporting for a leadership role with a highly successful SME Bank.

The Bank are a progressive organisation and the role is a new one due to their continued growth.

The Head of Regulatory reporting will be responsible for implementing the prudential rules and regulations and reporting: ICAAP,ILAAP, RRP, Pillar 3. 

The candidate will have a deep technical knowledge of the regulation and the reporting requirements and be able to champion the importance of these with the business.  It is essential that the Head of Regulatory Reporting has the communication and influencing skills to build effective relationships with the business and articulate to stakeholders why regulatory reporting is so important and the value it can add to business decisions. Experience at capital planning, modelling and stress testing.

Part of the senior leadership team requiring attendance at internal committees and direct liaison with the regulator.

The candidate will be a Qualified Accountant with several years of experience capable of leading the Regulatory Reporting function. Previous experience in Banking is essential with an understanding of commercial banking highly desirable.
